The Board of Education and the school faculty and staff received strategic planning updates on all work completed as of January 2017. the presentation included the following:
1- The search for a strategic planning consultant during the 2015-16 school year.
2- The compilation of the School Profile to document the current status of all aspects of the organization prior to strategic planning.
3- The Process to Develop the Steering Committee
4- Overview of the Community Engagement Phase
5- Videos documenting all sessions
6- Review of the data compilation from the community engagement
